EXPERIENCE ARCHIVE
How to emphasize togetherness through an interactive archive?
Our aim is to create an interactive platform where people can share and learn from each other’s experiences. The platform acts as a timeline tracker and enables specific searches within other people’s stories.
In this project, we focused on parents as the primary user group—recognizing both the universal biological timeline and the unique, personal journeys each parent goes through. We collaborated with the Swedish Social Governmental Agency: Försäkringskassan.
We critically explored how public agencies can better support people’s real needs, and how design can offer more empathetic, empowering services for individuals navigating major life transitions.

USER RESEARCH
We conducted detailed user research over a month to refine our focus. More than 30 parents participated in a combination of workshops, interviews, and surveys to share their perspectives on the agency.
The research includes one in-person participatory design workshop with three parents, in-depth online interviews with ten parents, and broader surveys distributed via well-known platforms.
We conclude the research into two main solution paths in these problems as -> Information Jungle + Feeling not being supported.

STORYBOARD
Our storyboard highlights a specific case story around parental leave, emerging from the key themes in our research.
